2 NEWS: One-on-one with President Obama

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — 2 NEWS anchor Mark Allan joined President Obama in Toledo Thursday, July 5, 2012, for a one-on-one conversation as the president kicks-off a campaign swing through northern Ohio.

Obama's first stop was the Wolcott House Museum in Maumee. From Maumee, he traveled by bus to Sandusky, then appear at an evening rally in the Cleveland suburb of Parma.

The president was last in Ohio for a June 14 appearance in Cleveland, while Republican challenger Mitt Romney was in Cincinnati at the same time. 

The latest Quinnipiac University poll released June 27, showed Obama with 47 percent to 38 percent lead over Romney in Ohio.
